2025 Annual Meeting of the Korean Society for Computational Neuroscience

7. Poster Abstract Submission

• Submit your abstract through the online registration form when you register. Only one author can submit for each abstract.

• Please, prepare your abstract using Microsoft Word with the abstract template (click to download).

• You may insert one image in your abstract (optional). 

• If you include an image in your abstract, please insert it into the Word file AND separately upload the image file (jpg, tiff, png, pdf; 300 dpi or higher) to the registration form.

• Poster panel size : 79cm (width) × 120cm (height). Recommended poster size: A0 (84.1cm × 118.9 cm) or custom print to 79cm × 120cm

5. • • Registration is available online only. The registration form will be available during the registration period.

     • You need to log in to your Google account to register using the below registration form.

     • Registration fee: General - 200,000 KRW,  Student - 100,000 KRW

     • Registration Payment Method : Bank Transfer Only

     • Bank Transfer: Woori Bank 1005-380-140129 (Account Holder: 한국계산뇌과학회)

     • After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days.

     • Tax invoices are not issued. A receipt copy will be included in your confirmation email. Upon request, we can mail you the original receipt.

     • For group payments or when the payer's name differs from the participant's name, please contact us; otherwise, we cannot verify your payment.

     • Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations requested during the registration period. No refunds will be issued after this period.
